One of the newest (and youngest) members of the TeamUP co-captain roster, Adam Luke, recently got the chance to tell his story to his hometown news team at KLFY.
He and his mother, Kellie, spoke with reporters about Adam’s journey to get back up, from being diagnosed with Spina Bifida to undergoing fetal surgery at 26 weeks.
Now 7-years-old, Adam is full of life and positivity, spending time with his family and friends — and showing off his dance moves!
“I’m on the Get Back UP Today team and it’s very special. These braces help me learn my dancing skills because I’ve been practicing and practicing and practicing,” Adam said.
